Rosa L. Richardson – was born on August 7, 1938 in Wake County, North Carolina to the late Guy William and Annie Hinton-Lyons
Rosa was employed by K & W family restaurant (Tarrytown Mall) in Rocky Mount, NC for over 30 years until her retirement. She was considered to be the queen of the kitchen because of the many desserts she prepared for her beloved customers.
She was a dedicated and active member for many years at Mann's Chapel A.M.E Church Red Oak, NC under the leadership of Rev. Doris E. Lindsey. While at Mann's Chapel, she was a very faithful and active member. She was a true child of God.
Rosa leaves to cherish her phenomenal and extraordinary memories, her husband Andrew Bud Richardson; her loving children, Robin Ward (Ray), Carolyn Lynch, Lloyd Lyons, Gregory Lyons, Reginald Lyons and Alexander Richardson; one sister, Maxine Bridgers (Leon); one brother, Edward Lyons; 14 grands, several great grands and great-great grands and a host of kindhearted nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends in which she really loved. A very special THANK YOU to ALL healthcare professionals who shared the journey with us.
