Deacon Comer Posey of Union Springs, Alabama transitioned on June 24, 2022. He was born on December 6, 1934 to the late Issac & Cora Thornton Posey.
He leaves to cherish his memory: one son, Comer Posey, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; two daughters, Brenda (Willie) Thomas of Atlanta, GA and Shellie Posey of Tampa, FL; 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
